A quick stop by Mundo Alpaca in Arequipa, Peru, an exhibition featuring six types of llamas and alpacas. Once the alpaca fibers are received from breeders and Andean communities, they’re separated and cleaned by hand, then dyed and woven into textiles using a waist loom from pre-Inca times.
